God of War is the first installment of the God of War Series. It is based on Greek Mythology. We, as a player must control Kratos, a Spartan warrior who serves the Olympian Gods. The Goddess Athena Gives the task of killing Ares, God of War. Kratos must find the legendary Pandora box which is capable of stopping Ares.

The player can control every actions of Kratos through the use of different buttons.The game provides combat, platforming and puzzle game elements. The player must primarily battle enemies from Greek Mythology such as Harpies, Minotaur, Medusa, Cyclopes, Sirens, and other opponents.Climbing ladders and walls, swinging on ropes, balancing on beam and finding items are puzzle games to be played within the game.
